1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Artexion services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Operator Status

Artexion is currently an early-stage software project operated by its founders. A formal legal entity may be established in the future to operate the service.

3. Service Scope

Artexion provides execution infrastructure APIs, OAuth-backed dashboard access, and API key management controls for AI execution workflows.

4. Service Changes

Artexion may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time as the platform evolves.

5. Account and Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of issued API keys.
  • You must not share dashboard sessions or credentials with unauthorized parties.
  • You are responsible for all actions executed under your account and keys.

6. Account Termination

Artexion may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten platform security or reliability.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the service to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security controls, quotas, or access boundaries.
  • Do not interfere with platform integrity, availability, or abuse safeguards.

8. Usage Limits

Artexion may enforce usage limits, rate limits, or task quotas to maintain platform reliability and fair use.

9. Reliability and Availability

Artexion operates production systems with monitoring and controls, but no uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. Planned and emergency maintenance may occur.

10. Billing Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Payments already processed are non-refundable unless required by law.

11. Payment Processors

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Artexion does not store full payment card details.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artexion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
